Description

There is a black female dog that has been running around the Tuppers Creek / Rt. 21 area (I77-North of Chas). She seems to be between 1-4 yrs old; possibly a pit bull mix, but unsure. She has a wrinkly face, long tail, and a white patch on her chest. VERY SWEET, but timid. Looked emaciated, but is starting to come around to let me feed her a little bit.
