Stumpy is a beautiful 3 1/2 year old neutered male Bassett Hound. He is AKC registered and up to date on all his shots. He is loving, caring, and very active! As a newly-single mom, I am not able to provide him the attention he needs. He will make a wonderful addition to a family who understands the personality of the Bassett Hound breed. It is with a heavy heart that I place this ad, as he has been a member of our family since he was six weeks old. However, he deserves more attention that I can give him and therefore, I would love to find a family that is active and/or has other dogs (he gets along very well w/ all other dogs), and of course, a family that will let him live indoors and give him a lifetime of love.
